The clearest difference is price: Ikon Pass at Free against ETDiv's $0.99. Ikon Pass also leads on ratings volume (28K vs 1). ETDiv's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On update cadence, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Ikon Pass is free to download; ETDiv costs $0.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
