# Ikon Pass vs Piggleball

The clearest difference is monetization model: Piggleball at free against Ikon Pass's free with in-app purchases. Piggleball also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 9 days). Ikon Pass's advantage is ratings volume (28K vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Piggleball holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ikon Pass has 28K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Ikon Pass ships an update every 9 days, Piggleball every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
