# CDL Test Prep vs CDL Prep Master

The clearest difference is ratings volume: CDL Test Prep at 49 against CDL Prep Master's 2. CDL Prep Master's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and update cadence (every 15 months vs every 39 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CDL Test Prep sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and CDL Prep Master sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
