# CSL vs Sentimente

The clearest difference is ads: Sentimente at none against CSL's shown. CSL's advantage is review sentiment (60% vs 37%) and ratings volume (6.7K vs 486). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CSL sells 21 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and Sentimente sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for CSL against 4.8 for Sentimente. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CSL has 6.7K ratings behind it against 486, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 60% of CSL's written reviews are positive against 37% of Sentimente's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
