# Games Tracker vs Unofficial Map

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Games Tracker at 64% against Unofficial Map's 29%. Games Tracker also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 69 months). Unofficial Map's advantage is ratings volume (343 vs 19) and rating (4.5 vs 4.3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Games Tracker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.00 per month and Unofficial Map sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Unofficial Map holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Unofficial Map has 343 ratings behind it against 19, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 64% of Games Tracker's written reviews are positive against 29% of Unofficial Map's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Games Tracker ships an update fortnightly, Unofficial Map every 69 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
