# Scrambly vs Lexilogic

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Scrambly at 87% against Lexilogic's 25%. Scrambly also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.5). Lexilogic's advantage is ratings volume (8.9K vs 14) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Scrambly sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Lexilogic sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Scrambly holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lexilogic has 8.9K ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 87% of Scrambly's written reviews are positive against 25% of Lexilogic's.

Scrambly ships an update every 2 months, Lexilogic every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 8, 2026 respectively.
