# Prompt+ Teleprompter vs ForPrompt Mobile

The clearest difference is rating: Prompt+ Teleprompter at 4.7 against ForPrompt Mobile's 3.5. Prompt+ Teleprompter also leads on ratings volume (318 vs 12) and device support (5 vs 3). ForPrompt Mobile's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Prompt+ Teleprompter sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. ForPrompt Mobile asks for nothing beyond the download.

Prompt+ Teleprompter holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Prompt+ Teleprompter has 318 ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 48% of Prompt+ Teleprompter's written reviews are positive against 50% of ForPrompt Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Prompt+ Teleprompter ships an update every 2 months, ForPrompt Mobile monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
