# Intellect vs Ally SG

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Ally SG at none against Intellect's 5. Ally SG also leads on iOS requirement (16.6 vs 18.0). Intellect's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (1.1K vs 1). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Intellect sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Ally SG asks for nothing beyond the download.

Ally SG holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Intellect has 1.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
