# SwitchedOn vs Arkhè

The clearest difference is update cadence: Arkhè at every 2 days against SwitchedOn's every 10 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SwitchedOn sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Arkhè sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.00 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SwitchedOn ships an update every 10 days, Arkhè every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
