# FFC+ vs Movement Physical Therapy

The clearest difference is rating: Movement Physical Therapy at 3.0 against FFC+'s 2.0. FFC+'s advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 12 months) and ratings volume (72 vs 4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Movement Physical Therapy holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FFC+ has 72 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

FFC+ ships an update every 3 weeks, Movement Physical Therapy every 12 months. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
