# Buddyfit vs Accessercise

The clearest difference is rating: Buddyfit at 4.8 against Accessercise's 2.3. Buddyfit also leads on ratings volume (110 vs 6). Accessercise's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (47% vs 25%). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Buddyfit sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $11.49 per month and Accessercise sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $13.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Buddyfit holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Buddyfit has 110 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of Buddyfit's written reviews are positive against 47% of Accessercise's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Buddyfit ships an update every 2 weeks, Accessercise every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
