# ClockDisplay vs SeClock

The clearest difference is update cadence: SeClock at fortnightly against ClockDisplay's every 3 months. ClockDisplay's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ClockDisplay sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and SeClock sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ClockDisplay ships an update every 3 months, SeClock fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
