# My Font vs Dr.Inspect

The clearest difference is ads: Dr.Inspect at none against My Font's shown. My Font's advantage is update cadence (every 3 months vs every 38 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. My Font sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Dr.Inspect sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

My Font ships an update every 3 months, Dr.Inspect every 38 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
