# Neatsy Health vs E

The clearest difference is rating: Neatsy Health at 4.6 against E's 1.0. Neatsy Health also leads on ratings volume (1.1K vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). E's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 12). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neatsy Health sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. E asks for nothing beyond the download.

Neatsy Health holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Neatsy Health has 1.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Neatsy Health ships an update every 3 weeks, E every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
