# Neatsy Health vs 24/7 Fit

The clearest difference is rating: Neatsy Health at 4.6 against 24/7 Fit's 1.0. Neatsy Health also leads on ratings volume (1.1K vs 1). 24/7 Fit's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neatsy Health sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and 24/7 Fit sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $24.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Neatsy Health holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Neatsy Health has 1.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Neatsy Health ships an update every 3 weeks, 24/7 Fit every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
