# U vs Effect nogulico

The clearest difference is update cadence: Effect nogulico at every 8 days against U's every 2 months. U's advantage is iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. U sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Effect nogulico sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

U ships an update every 2 months, Effect nogulico every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
