# ZSmart vs DSS OnePass

The clearest difference is rating: ZSmart at 4.5 against DSS OnePass's 3.3. ZSmart also leads on ratings volume (117 vs 7) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). DSS OnePass's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 7 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ZSmart holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ZSmart has 117 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two.

ZSmart ships an update every 7 months, DSS OnePass every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
