# 记忆日 vs Noteday

The clearest difference is monetization model: Noteday at freemium against 记忆日's subscription. Noteday also leads on ratings volume (8 vs 2). 记忆日's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 记忆日 sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.49 per year and Noteday sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

记忆日 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 8 respectively.

记忆日 ships an update every 3 weeks, Noteday fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
