The clearest difference is update cadence: Jeni's at every 2 months against Sycamore Ordering's every 11 months. Jeni's also leads on ratings volume (3.6K vs 1). Sycamore Ordering's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Jeni's against 5.0 for Sycamore Ordering. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Jeni's has 3.6K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
