# NeoTaste vs Coffee Fellows App

The clearest difference is update cadence: NeoTaste at weekly against Coffee Fellows App's every 2 months. NeoTaste also leads on ratings volume (67 vs 1). Coffee Fellows App's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Coffee Fellows App holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NeoTaste has 67 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 41% of NeoTaste's written reviews are positive against 36% of Coffee Fellows App's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

NeoTaste ships an update weekly, Coffee Fellows App every 2 months. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
