# NeoTaste vs Brammibal's Donuts

The clearest difference is rating: NeoTaste at 4.7 against Brammibal's Donuts's 1.0. NeoTaste also leads on ratings volume (65 vs 1). Brammibal's Donuts's advantage is review sentiment (56% vs 41%) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

NeoTaste holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NeoTaste has 65 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 41% of NeoTaste's written reviews are positive against 56% of Brammibal's Donuts's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

NeoTaste ships an update weekly, Brammibal's Donuts every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
