# IRNBY vs Sekta

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Sekta at none against IRNBY's 26. Sekta also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). IRNBY's advantage is review sentiment (79% vs 56%) and ratings volume (35 vs 5). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. IRNBY sells 26 one-off in-app purchases. Sekta asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for IRNBY against 5.0 for Sekta. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IRNBY has 35 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 79% of IRNBY's written reviews are positive against 56% of Sekta's.

IRNBY ships an update fortnightly, Sekta every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
