# 1С vs tips.tips

The clearest difference is update cadence: tips.tips at fortnightly against 1С's every 3 months. tips.tips also leads on rating (3.0 vs 2.7). 1С's advantage is ratings volume (43 vs 2) and review sentiment (9% vs 0%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

tips.tips holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 1С has 43 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 9% of 1С's written reviews are positive against 0% of tips.tips's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

1С ships an update every 3 months, tips.tips fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
