# RushTushFit vs Health

The clearest difference is rating: RushTushFit at 5.0 against Health's 3.0. RushTushFit also leads on iOS requirement (14.1 vs 16.4). Health's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and update cadence (every 11 days vs every 2 months). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RushTushFit sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $17.49 per month and Health sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RushTushFit holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 1 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 82% of RushTushFit's written reviews are positive against 100% of Health's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

RushTushFit ships an update every 2 months, Health every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
