# STARNow vs DFW Ride

The clearest difference is rating: DFW Ride at 5.0 against STARNow's 4.5. DFW Ride also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). STARNow's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 31 months) and ratings volume (135 vs 4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
