# STARNow vs Movility

The clearest difference is rating: STARNow at 4.5 against Movility's 3.1. STARNow also leads on ratings volume (135 vs 23). Movility's advantage is review sentiment (43% vs 11%) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

STARNow holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: STARNow has 135 ratings behind it against 23, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 11% of STARNow's written reviews are positive against 43% of Movility's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

STARNow ships an update every 5 weeks, Movility every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 19, 2026 and September 15, 2026 respectively.
