# Timekettle vs Intent

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Intent at 85% against Timekettle's 25%. Intent also leads on rating (4.3 vs 2.9). Timekettle's advantage is ratings volume (495 vs 74). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Timekettle sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Intent sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Intent holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 2.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Timekettle has 495 ratings behind it against 74, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 25% of Timekettle's written reviews are positive against 85% of Intent's.

Timekettle ships an update every 3 weeks, Intent every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
