# ProDex vs Paltopia

The clearest difference is update cadence: ProDex at every 4 days against Paltopia's every 3 weeks. ProDex also leads on review sentiment (88% vs 69%) and ratings volume (4.9K vs 1.2K). Paltopia's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ProDex sells 18 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Paltopia sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Paltopia holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 4.9K and 1.2K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 88% of ProDex's written reviews are positive against 69% of Paltopia's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

ProDex ships an update every 4 days, Paltopia every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 19, 2026.
