# EQ560 vs EQ

The clearest difference is update cadence: EQ560 at every 2 weeks against EQ's every 6 weeks. EQ560 also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 16.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. EQ560 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and EQ sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

EQ560 ships an update every 2 weeks, EQ every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
