# Slice Run vs Block Sort

Slice Run and Block Sort both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Slice Run's written reviews are positive against 38% of Block Sort's. Slice Run also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 20) and ads (none vs shown). Block Sort's advantage is ratings volume (7.1K vs 93). On price, rating and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Block Sort sells 20 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Slice Run asks for nothing beyond the download.

Block Sort holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Block Sort has 7.1K ratings behind it against 93, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Slice Run's written reviews are positive against 38% of Block Sort's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
