# NordPass vs ZenPass

The clearest difference is review sentiment: NordPass at 46% against ZenPass's 0%. NordPass also leads on rating (4.7 vs 1.0) and ratings volume (13K vs 1). ZenPass's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs monthly) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NordPass sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and ZenPass sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $8.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

NordPass holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NordPass has 13K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 46% of NordPass's written reviews are positive against 0% of ZenPass's.

NordPass ships an update monthly, ZenPass every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on November 8, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
