# Empower Driver vs Biddi driver

The clearest difference is rating: Biddi driver at 5.0 against Empower Driver's 4.6. Biddi driver also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Empower Driver's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (2.8K vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Biddi driver holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Empower Driver has 2.8K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Empower Driver ships an update fortnightly, Biddi driver every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
