# RaceConnect vs Stay Active

The clearest difference is update cadence: Stay Active at every 2 months against RaceConnect's every 5 months. Stay Active also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

RaceConnect ships an update every 5 months, Stay Active every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
