# Explore the World by Bowflex vs SPIRIT+

The clearest difference is rating: SPIRIT+ at 4.3 against Explore the World by Bowflex's 2.1. SPIRIT+ also leads on monetization model (free vs subscription) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 5 months). Explore the World by Bowflex's advantage is review sentiment (19% vs 5%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.2). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Explore the World by Bowflex sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and SPIRIT+ sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SPIRIT+ holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 2.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 316 and 331 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 19% of Explore the World by Bowflex's written reviews are positive against 5% of SPIRIT+'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Explore the World by Bowflex ships an update every 5 months, SPIRIT+ every 9 days. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
