# Wallet Creator vs Smart NFC Tools

The clearest difference is rating: Smart NFC Tools at 4.6 against Wallet Creator's 4.2. Smart NFC Tools also leads on iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). Wallet Creator's advantage is review sentiment (57% vs 30%) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wallet Creator sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Smart NFC Tools sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Smart NFC Tools holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 348 and 478 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of Wallet Creator's written reviews are positive against 30% of Smart NFC Tools's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Wallet Creator ships an update every 8 days, Smart NFC Tools weekly. Both last shipped on October 14, 2026.
