# Goki vs Translink On Demand

The clearest difference is rating: Translink On Demand at 5.0 against Goki's 4.1. Goki's advantage is review sentiment (70% vs 33%) and ratings volume (140 vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Translink On Demand holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Goki has 140 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of Goki's written reviews are positive against 33% of Translink On Demand's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Goki ships an update every 6 weeks, Translink On Demand every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
