# PDF Calendar vs Ledger

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Ledger at 100% against PDF Calendar's 39%. Ledger also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.4) and ads (none vs shown). PDF Calendar's advantage is ratings volume (1.1K vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 26.0). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PDF Calendar sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Ledger sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Ledger holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PDF Calendar has 1.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 39% of PDF Calendar's written reviews are positive against 100% of Ledger's.

PDF Calendar ships an update every 2 months, Ledger every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
