# Sew It vs Bag Sim

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Bag Sim at 100% against Sew It's 38%. Sew It's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 25 months). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Sew It holds the better App Store score, 3.2 against 3.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 5 and 4 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 38% of Sew It's written reviews are positive against 100% of Bag Sim's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Sew It ships an update every 10 days, Bag Sim every 25 months. The most recent releases landed on September 24, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
