# ReviewBook vs Simple Text Notes

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Simple Text Notes at none against ReviewBook's 1. ReviewBook's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 2 weeks) and iOS requirement (12.4 vs 26.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ReviewBook sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Simple Text Notes asks for nothing beyond the download.
