# Houzz Pro vs Construction Connect

The clearest difference is rating: Construction Connect at 5.0 against Houzz Pro's 4.6. Construction Connect also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). Houzz Pro's advantage is ratings volume (5K vs 1) and chart position (#139 vs unranked). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Houzz Pro sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $39.99 per month and Construction Connect sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Construction Connect holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Houzz Pro has 5K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
