The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Spinzy at none against EveryDoggy's 13. Spinzy also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5). EveryDoggy's advantage is ratings volume (3.8K vs 1) and update cadence (every 8 days vs monthly). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. EveryDoggy sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Spinzy asks for nothing beyond the download.
