# Desview vs Godox Light

The clearest difference is rating: Godox Light at 3.4 against Desview's 1.8. Desview's advantage is ratings volume (55 vs 5) and iOS requirement (12 vs 16.6). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Godox Light holds the better App Store score, 3.4 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Desview has 55 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 13% and 13% positive.
