# impf.app vs Vaccy

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Vaccy at 85% against impf.app's 43%. Vaccy also leads on ratings volume (215 vs 2) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). impf.app's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. impf.app sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Vaccy sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Vaccy holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Vaccy has 215 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. impf.app ships an update every 2 months, Vaccy every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
