# A2 vs Lexik App

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: A2 at none against Lexik App's 9. A2 also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (6 vs 1). Lexik App's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 29 months). On price, rating, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lexik App sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. A2 asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for A2 against 5.0 for Lexik App. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: A2 has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
