# Mullvad VPN vs GottaGo

The clearest difference is rating: GottaGo at 5.0 against Mullvad VPN's 4.1. GottaGo also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 4) and update cadence (every 6 days vs monthly). Mullvad VPN's advantage is ratings volume (1.5K vs 1) and chart position (#46 vs unranked). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mullvad VPN sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. GottaGo asks for nothing beyond the download.
