# MotionLight Pro vs B Side

The clearest difference is update cadence: MotionLight Pro at every 3 days against B Side's fortnightly. B Side's advantage is iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MotionLight Pro sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and B Side sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MotionLight Pro ships an update every 3 days, B Side fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
