# Sleek Technique vs Alothia

The clearest difference is monetization model: Alothia at free with in-app purchases against Sleek Technique's subscription. Alothia also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5). Sleek Technique's advantage is ratings volume (66 vs 2). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sleek Technique sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $23.49 per month and Alothia sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Alothia holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sleek Technique has 66 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 93% of Sleek Technique's written reviews are positive against 100% of Alothia's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
