# Pynwheel Tour vs Olyns

The clearest difference is rating: Olyns at 3.5 against Pynwheel Tour's 3.0. Olyns also leads on ratings volume (465 vs 4). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Olyns holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Olyns has 465 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 29% of Pynwheel Tour's written reviews are positive against 21% of Olyns's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Pynwheel Tour ships an update monthly, Olyns every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
