# ProgressDash vs AutoYou

The clearest difference is update cadence: AutoYou at every 3 weeks against ProgressDash's every 14 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ProgressDash sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and AutoYou sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ProgressDash ships an update every 14 months, AutoYou every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 27, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
