# HNTrend vs Folo

The clearest difference is review sentiment: HNTrend at 100% against Folo's 41%. HNTrend also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.1) and in-app purchases (none vs 6). Folo's advantage is ratings volume (54 vs 4) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Folo sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. HNTrend asks for nothing beyond the download.

HNTrend holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Folo has 54 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of HNTrend's written reviews are positive against 41% of Folo's.
